- Senior: Senior Strategic Operations & Delivery Analyst
- Location: NYC or CT – Onsite
Seeking a highly adaptable and strategic Senior Strategic Operations & Delivery Analyst to support senior technology leadership in driving operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and strategic alignment across engineering platforms. This role functions as an operational partner and trusted advisor part project manager, part strategist, and part chief-of-staff.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years in a related IT, operations, or strategic program support role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to influence across teams
- Excellent problem-solving and situational judgment skills
Must-Haves
- Proven experience supporting senior leadership or SVPs in fast-paced tech environments
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with Airtable (non-negotiable)
- Ability to manage and prioritize dynamic tasks with minimal oversight
- Experience with presentation tools (Google Slides, Keynote, PowerPoint)
- Strong project coordination skills-owning tasks like event planning, reporting, org chart creation, leadership deliverables, etc.
- Experience driving operational initiatives and collaborating across engineering, product, and finance teams
- Comfortable acting as a liaison between business and technology
- Strategic thinker with a “no task too small” attitude and willingness to adapt
- Open to full-time conversion
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience managing or coordinating $MM-level budgets (finance background not required)
- Exposure to tools like Confluence, WordPress, Office365, Box
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation sessions
Responsibilities
- Act as a right-hand to SVP leadership-building presentations, driving org-wide initiatives, and closing gaps across teams
- Standardize onboarding workflows, documentation, and operational processes
- Coordinate logistics for all-hands events, off-sites, leadership communication, and deployment readiness
- Build internal dashboards and delivery charts to track KPIs and ensure strategic goals are met
- Partner across engineering and business teams to enable seamless project execution
- Proactively identify issues and drive solutions-operate with autonomy and initiative
- Help plan and support activities such as Slack-to-Teams migrations, forecast prep, and cross-functional syncs
- Maintain constant awareness of shifting priorities and team needs, responding with flexibility.
