Position: Visual Designer
Must-Haves

Role Overview
Seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to shape and elevate brand and visual identity across multiple business segments. This role is part of a collaborative design team within a strategic technology organization and will be instrumental in developing a cohesive design language that aligns with multiple brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual artifacts, graphics, and design solutions.
- Brand Stewardship Create and maintain brand identity elements, style guides, and design standards to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
- Creative Execution Produce high-quality graphics, assets, presentation templates, and branding materials for key initiatives.
- Presentation Design – Build visually engaging client presentations that inspire and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaboration Partner with visual, UI, UX, and product designers to evolve the design system and branding efforts.
- Design Communication – Present and articulate design concepts, direction, and rationale to internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Planning Estimate work effort, manage dependencies, and deliver against timelines.
- Team Contribution Support team growth by contributing to design tools, processes, templates, and creative best practices.
