Writer – Practice Management & Wealth Planning (Contract)
Los Angeles | Hybrid, 4 days onsite | Start: Early January
Overview
Seeking a Writer to support a major initiative by producing practice management and wealth-planning content across articles, webinars, email campaigns, social posts, and landing pages. This role requires strong writing skills, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables while working closely with stakeholders and creative teams.
Must Haves
- 3+ years of professional writing experience (not a copy editor role).
- Financial services or investment industry experience is required.
- Portfolio or writing samples showing short-form content.
- Experience producing multimedia content (scripts, storyboards, headlines).
- Strong organization and self-direction with ability to handle high-volume deliverables.
- Comfort working with stakeholders and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Create short-form articles and multimedia content (scripts, slides, emails, social posts, landing pages).
- Support webinars, managing ~30 deliverables per event.
- Track work through daily standups and a Kanban board.
- Collaborate with content leads, writers, editors, producers, and stakeholders.
- Incorporate and manage stakeholder feedback effectively.
