Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a leading eDiscovery services provider, is seeking eDiscovery Analyst for a minimum 6-month engagement, with the potential for extension. This remote role requires the candidate hired to work Pacific Time Zone hours. This assignment is expected to start in January 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Execute data collections from enterprise platforms including Google Vault, Box, Slack, and other cloud-based systems.
Support the legal hold process, including issuance, tracking, reporting, and release of holds.
Develop and modify SQL scripts to extract data from client’s internal platform, tailoring outputs to meet diverse legal and investigative requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery.
Utilize Tableau to build dashboards and visualizations that enhance data interpretation and reporting.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in eDiscovery or legal operations with a strong understanding of enterprise data systems.
Hands-on experience with Google Vault, Box, Slack, and similar platforms for data collection.
Solid grasp of the legal hold lifecycle, including documentation and compliance reporting.
Proficiency in SQL scripting, with the ability to adapt queries based on request parameters and data structures.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
