Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a nationally recognized law firm, is seeking a receptionist for a temporary to hire opportunity in their office in Lower Manhattan. The successful candidate must have experience in greeting, welcoming, and announcing clients and visitors to the Office; assigning visitor offices and badges, as needed; assisting clients and other visitors with car service needs; answering calls; and reserving conference rooms and maintaining the conference room schedule utilizing the Firm’s reservation tool. The candidate hired must commute to their office in Lower Manhattan 5x a week and must be available to work overtime.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- Ability to handle all situations with discretion, tact, and diplomacy
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- PC skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
