Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a national law firm, is seeking a Trusts & Estates Litigation Attorney for an open-ended contract coverage. The firm is looking for someone who can work on a hybrid schedule out of their office in Manhattan. Candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience handling high net worth disputes and investigations pertaining to Trusts and Estates Litigation. Pay rate is dependent on experience and starts at $85/hr.
Responsibilities
- Investigate and litigate international private wealth disputes, including trusts and estates litigation and probate disputes
- Draft various legal documents and plan for business succession and charitable giving
Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials
- Admitted and in good standing with a US Bar Jurisdiction
- Significant experience litigating private wealth, trust, and estate disputes
- State and federal litigation experience
- Based in the New York metro area, and able to commute to the office on a hybrid schedule
