Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a law firm located in Hamilton, New Jersey, is seeking a Temporary Paralegal or Attorney for a 60-day contract assignment to support the firm’s Personal Injury Litigation practice.
Prior experience as a litigation paralegal or licensed litigation attorney with strong personal injury litigation exposure is required.
This position is fully onsite in Hamilton, NJ, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal memoranda, motions, and related litigation documents
- Prepare, manage, and organize legal complaints
- Conduct PA e-filing and ensure filings are timely and compliant
- Support case management for personal injury litigation matters
- Maintain organized electronic and physical case files
Qualifications
- Background as a sophisticated litigation paralegal or licensed litigation attorney
- Prior litigation experience required
- Strong drafting and legal writing skills
- Experience with e-filing systems (Pennsylvania preferred)
