Job Title: Desktop Support Representative
Type: Contract

Location: ON SITE – Stevens Point
Pay Rate: $15-$20/hour

Overview:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Representative to assist with a laptop deployment project. This is a customer-facing role requiring strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and technical proficiency. Candidates will be responsible for attending multiple daily appointments with end users to transfer data and applications to newly issued laptops.
Responsibilities:
* Deploy and configure new laptops for end users
* Transfer data and applications during scheduled appointments (4-5 per day)
* Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic IT problems
* Maintain professionalism and clear communication with users
Requirements:
* 2-5 years of experience in desktop support
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Experience with laptop deployment and configuration
* Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and ServiceNow (preferred but not required)
