Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Type: Contract

Rate: $18/hour
Work Hours:
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM in the respective time zone
40-hour work weeks, with potential overtime
Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to support our customer-facing team in delivering prompt, convenient, and professional service to assigned clients. This role involves managing back-end tasks, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the customer-facing team in providing outstanding service to clients.
- Handle back-end tasks such as invoicing, sending data requests, and following up with clients.
- Proactively manage the order process from start to finish.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate client deliverables.
Qualifications:
- **Minimum of 1 year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience (
- Ability to quickly absorb product knowledge and apply it to client needs.
- Strong analytical skills combined with excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
