Title: Project Manager
Type: Contract
Duration: 6-12 Months (Potential for Extensions)
Location: Hybrid- 3x per week on site downtown Madison
Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to support an initiative focused on redesigning our entire web presence to align with evolving strategic priorities and improved accessibility standards. This contractor will partner closely with the Marketing & Communications and Information Technology teams on a project co-led by the directors of each function to deliver a modern, accessible web experience. While the role will primarily collaborate with Marketing and Technology, there will be significant opportunities to engage with a broad range of stakeholders impacted by the redesign.
Top Required Skills & Years of Experience:
1. Five or more years of leading multidisciplinary technology projects from inception to completion
2. Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholders to develop strategic website projects on a defined timeline
3. Five or more years of experience working with multiple stakeholder teams to develop consensus on project progression
Nice to Have Skills:
1. Has experience in healthcare, higher education, or scientific research environments
2. Has experience with multiple project management tools, such as Asana and Microsoft Project
3. Has experience engaging with stakeholders who may not be familiar with desired project methodologies
