Job Duties
* Case Management & Investigation: Maintain case files, track court deadlines, and conduct background or factual research.
* Drafting: Draft routine pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery responses under attorney supervision.
* Discovery Support: Manage the exchange of evidence and documents, organize document productions, apply necessary redactions, and summarize depositions.
* Medical Records: Authorization prep, retention of the same, and production of medical records to counsel and/or experts.
* Trial Preparation: Compile trial notebooks, organize exhibits, coordinate with expert witnesses, and assist attorneys in the courtroom.
