Senior Revenue Accountant

Beacon Hill Staffing Group is partnering with a respected client to identify a Senior Revenue Accountant for a high-impact role supporting revenue accounting, trade spend analysis, and financial partnership across Sales and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze gross-to-net revenue activity, including accruals, deductions, and forecast variances for a portfolio of key customers.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to evaluate customer profitability, trade performance, and revenue risks while providing actionable recommendations.
• Research, manage, and resolve customer deductions related to trade promotions and supply chain claims.
• Support monthly close activities, including accrual reviews, AR aging analysis, and financial reporting.
• Prepare and present financial results, variance analyses, and business insights to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate and oversee outsourced support resources, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion of assigned work.
• Lead process improvement initiatives and special projects focused on strengthening controls, reporting, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.
• Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, revenue management, trade promotions, retail, or a related environment.
• Strong financial analysis and advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Experience with ERP systems, trade promotion management platforms, Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools is preferred.
• The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
