Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Real Estate Attorney with specific homebuilder/development experience for a fully onsite, long-term contract opportunity with our client in Raleigh, a notable AmLaw firm. This is a full-time role (35-40 hours per week), Monday – Friday, during standard business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft purchase and sale agreements and lot contracts
- Draft closing documents
- Review title and survey matters
- Prepare homeowners association (HOA) documents
- Draft easement agreements and other ancillary development documents
Requirements:
- JD and active bar admission (North Carolina preferred, others considered)
- Experience working with a homebuilder, either in-house or at a law firm
- General real estate experience preferred
- Willingness to commit 35-40 hours per week on this scope of work exclusively (no concurrent engagements)
- Located in or near Raleigh, North Carolina, with ability to be onsite as needed (anticipated hybrid; frequency to be discussed)
Details:
- Start date: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months to start, very likely to extend
- Schedule: 35-40 hours weekly
- Compensation: $85-$93/hour (W-2 through Beacon Hill Legal)
