Marketing Manager/Strategist to $90K – Build and Shape a Growing Marketing Function!
Our client, a rapidly expanding organization in the home services and energy efficiency industry, is seeking a Marketing Manager/Strategist to lead marketing initiatives and drive business growth. This role will focus on developing lead generation strategies, managing campaigns, evaluating marketing performance, and partnering with external vendors to maximize results. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of marketing experience, a hands-on approach, and a proven ability to execute while thinking strategically.

- Responsibilities include developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads; overseeing campaign planning, implementation, and performance analysis across multiple channels; managing marketing budgets and measuring return on investment; partnering with outside agencies and vendors to optimize digital advertising and marketing initiatives; identifying target audiences and market opportunities to support business growth; creating scalable marketing processes and reporting metrics; and collaborating with leadership to align marketing efforts with company objectives.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of marketing generalist experience; a proactive, self-directed work style with a strong sense of ownership; demonstrated success driving lead generation and customer acquisition efforts; experience evaluating campaign performance and making data-driven decisions; strong communication and project management skills; ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution; and a resourceful, entrepreneurial mindset.
