Meeting & Events Director to $190K – Lead High-Profile Events with Global Impact!
Our client, a highly respected global organization, is seeking a Meeting & Events Director to drive the planning and execution of large-scale events and leadership programs. This role combines strategic event development with hands-on project management, requiring an individual who can oversee every aspect of the attendee experience while balancing multiple high-profile initiatives. The ideal candidate brings 12+ years of experience leading complex corporate, executive, or hospitality events from concept through delivery.

- Responsibilities include developing event strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives; managing multiple large-scale events simultaneously from concept through post-event review; overseeing budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, and production partners; coordinating attendee logistics, travel, accommodations, audiovisual needs, and event materials; collaborating with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution; providing onsite leadership and problem-solving during events; and measuring event outcomes to identify opportunities for future improvement.
- The ideal candidate possesses 12+ years of experience leading complex corporate, executive, investor, or hospitality events; strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate objectives into impactful event experiences; experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, and event production; excellent project management and organizational abilities; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; and a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with the flexibility to travel and support events outside traditional business hours.
