We’re supporting a well-known national organization in their search for a Senior Payroll Manager to join their team on a long-term contract basis.
In this role, you’ll serve as a strategic partner to HR leadership, focusing on optimizing UKG Dimensions timekeeping and workforce management systems. The position is a mix of strategic, leadership, and some processing work, requiring deep technical expertise in UKG and large-scale payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a payroll team within a large, complex organization (15,000+ employees).

Partner with HR, Finance, and Technology teams to enhance payroll and timekeeping processes within UKG Dimensions.

Oversee payroll tax, accounting, and garnishment functions with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Ensure adherence to all federal and state payroll laws and compliance standards.

Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
Must-Have Qualifications:

5+ years of UKG experience (Dimensions preferred).

Proven payroll leadership experience managing and developing teams within organizations of 15,000+ employees.

Strong technical knowledge of payroll accounting, taxation, and garnishment.

Expertise in federal and state payroll compliance and legislation.

Progressive payroll management experience with a focus on optimization and strategy.
