Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Banking and Finance Attorney for a fully remote, 6+ month position with our client. This is a part-time role (10-20 hours per week) on a flexible schedule. Candidates must be licensed in at least one state.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the banking & finance practice area to help draft and review “how-to” type practical guidance, legal and market trend analysis, and research in case law, treatises and various other legal resources for a wide range of banking & finance topics. Significant substantive experience representing agent banks, arrangers, non-bank lenders, and other financial institutions, as well as sponsors and corporate borrowers with a variety of financing transactions, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, security documents, guarantees, intercreditor agreements and related documentation, as well as drafting and negotiating agreements relating to structured finance and securitizations and financial derivatives. Experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, syndicated lending, private credit lending, asset finance, project finance, restructurings, securitizations, swaps and other derivatives.
