Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Minimum 6 months call center experience! must be in a call center! the more health call center experience the better

Basic computer and writing proficiency

Experience with HIPAA, Medicare, and fast-paced environments (handling 60-80 calls/day)

Full-time: 40 hours/week

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
