Role Overview: Onsite 4x a week in Escondido
The Admin Assistant III provides administrative support to a department or individual.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing calendars
- Preparing field work packages
- Pulling and printing gas and electric maps
- Uploading documents
- Submitting Standby Lineman and Locator requests
- Preparing customer invoices
- Managing permits
- General administrative tasks: word processing, filing, phones, scheduling, ordering supplies
- Supporting special projects as needed
- Required: strong communication, excellent organization, proficiency with MS Office.
