Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce‑focused functional role.
* Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration (flows, automation, reporting).
* Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
* Experience gathering requirements and writing user stories.
* Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
* Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification.
* Experience with CPQ, Experience Cloud, or Field Service.
* Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
* Exposure to integrations (Mulesoft, APIs, middleware).
* Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or aftermarket service environments.
