Beacon Hill is partnering with a highly regarded Am Law firm seeking 2-3 Litigation Attorneys for a long-term contract opportunity.
This role is focused on litigation support and discovery related work across active matters. It is ideal for an attorney that enjoys substantive case support, is detail-oriented, and can operate efficiently in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Key Details:
- Duration: 6+ months
- Schedule: 35-40 hours per week
- Pay Rate: $80-$90/hour
- Location: Must be licensed and located in a state where the firm has an office
Eligible states include:
Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Washington, and Washington, D.C.
Core Responsibilities:
- Drafting and responding to written discovery
- Preparing and supporting discovery responses
- Assessing subpoena needs and assisting with subpoena preparation
- Drafting deposition outlines
- Preparing witness preparation materials and kits
- Conducting legal research and analysis in support of ongoing matters
- Supporting attorneys with substantive litigation and discovery-related work
Qualifications:
- Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Must be licensed and located in one of the eligible states listed above
- Prior litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Comfortable supporting active matters with hands-on discovery and case support work
