Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a highly respected litigation firm to hire a part-time Office Services Support professional for their San Francisco office. This is a great opportunity to join a high-caliber legal environment known for its collaborative culture and supportive internal team.
About the Role
The firm is seeking someone who can step in to support the day-to-day flow of the office. While they’re not ready to commit to a full-time hire just yet, they’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and flexible. The team is warm, professional, and grounded – and this role is essential to keeping everything running smoothly.
Details
- Schedule: On-site in SF, 3 days/week (11:30 AM-5:30 PM PT); some flexibility
- Start: ASAP
- Interviews: Taking place next week
- Pay: $30-$35/hour, depending on experience
- Duration: Temporary with potential to convert
Responsibilities
- Greet clients, vendors, and other visitors at the front desk
- Support general administrative and office tasks
- Help with meeting and event logistics, including catering setup and cleanup
- Handle errands, mail organization, supply stocking, and light upkeep
- Assist with the summer program and pitch in where needed
Qualifications
- Prior office experience is a plus
- Legal or law firm experience is helpful, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, team-oriented mindset
- Someone who’s proactive, friendly, and happy to jump in where needed
