Our client, an innovative Research and Development organization, is seeking a highly skilled, cleared RF Engineer to join their dynamic team of industry‑leading RF design experts. In this role, you will support the production of complex, multi‑function modules while applying a strong foundation in RF engineering concepts, principles, and methodologies.
As a key member of a cross‑functional engineering team, you will collaborate closely with hardware, systems, and circuit engineers, contributing your expertise in RF subsystems, hardware, and RF design. This position offers the opportunity to work on cutting‑edge projects in a fast‑paced environment where collaboration and technical excellence are highly valued.
*This role requires an Active Secret Clearance
Key Responsibilities:
- Experience with RF subsytems and hardware (antennas, transmitters, receivers, microwave components, circuits)
- Experience with RF microwave test equipment and microwave simulation tools
- Experience troubleshooting designs
- 6+ years of RF experience
Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred, or B.S. in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM)
- Bachelor’s Degree & 6+ years of job-related experience, or Master’s Degree & 4+ years of job-related experience
- Active Secret Clearance
There are multiple different shifts for this role:
Training hours for all shifts are (M-TH) 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM for 6 weeks
Weekday 1st shift: Monday – Thursday from 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: Thursday – Sunday 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
3rd Shift: Thursday – Sunday 7 AM -5:30 PM
