Beacon Hill is working with a national law firm seeking an experienced Asset & Corporate Finance Attorney for a long-term contract opportunity.
The firm is being thoughtful about the search and is focused on finding someone who is genuinely interested in a long-term opportunity. The Asset and Corporate Finance practice group represents lenders, borrowers, servicers, special servicers, and other market participants in a broad range of complex financing and structured finance transactions, including origination, securitization, and servicing matters.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of meaningful experience in commercial real estate finance, including leveraged lending, securitizations such as CMBS, CLO, and agency transactions, servicing and special servicing, and/or portfolio and balance sheet lending.
Position Details
- Location: Remote (Candidates must be actively licensed and reside in the same state, and that state must be one in which the firm has an office)
- Eligible states: California, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Washington State, and Washington, D.C.
- Estimated Duration: 6 months, with potential to extend or convert to a direct-hire position
- Concurrent employment: Not permitted
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Pay: $80-$90/hour, depending on experience
- Active bar license in good standing in your state of residence (must be an eligible office state listed above)
- The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of meaningful experience in commercial real estate finance, including experience with leveraged lending, securitizations such as Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS), Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), agency transactions, servicing and special servicing, and/or portfolio and balance sheet lending
- Professional maturity, self-starter, and able to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team advising clients across a global platform
