Details:
Pay rate – $100 – $115/hr DOE
Estimated to start in January 2027, with the possibility of starting earlier
Estimated duration – 6 months
Concurrent employment – Not permitted
Hours – 35-40/week
Location – Remote, but must reside in and be actively licensed and in good standing in CA
Qualifications:
Must reside in California and be actively licensed and in good standing with the California Bar
5+ years of California employment litigation experience
Recent employment litigation experience required
Strong preference for defense-side employment litigation experience
Experience with wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and related employment matters
