Accounting Manager

Are you a job cost expert looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day financial management for large-scale development projects!

The Role ️

• Project Leadership: Manage financial activities for multiple projects simultaneously.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee job cost reporting, annual budgets, and quarterly reforecasts.

• Cash Flow Management: Work closely with Project Managers to forecast cash needs and ensure funding for draws.

• Compliance & Controls: Review construction contracts for accuracy and maintain robust internal controls.

• Team Development: Supervise and guide staff members while overseeing the job cost accrual process.

What You’ll Need to Succeed ✅

• Experience: 5+ years in financial/accounting management

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.

• Technical Savvy: High proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office; experience with Yardi Voyager is a huge plus!

• Industry Knowledge: Strong background in real estate/development accounting and job cost environments.

• Mindset: A self-starter who can navigate complex transactions and construction contracts with ease.
