A well-established Bay Area construction firm with a strong reputation for quality, integrity, and long-term client relationships. Due to continued growth, the company is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Accountant to support expanding operations. The Senior Project Accountant will play a key role in managing project-related accounting activities, with a primary focus on job costing, accounts receivable, and construction billing. This individual will partner closely with project managers and leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and timely billing across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage job costing, budgets, and project profitability
- Prepare and process progress and T&M billings
- Monitor AR, collections, and resolve discrepancies
- Support WIP reporting and financial analysis
- Assist with month-end close, reconciliations, and AP
- Maintain project documentation, COIs, and lien waivers
Qualifications
- 5+ years of construction/project accounting experience
- Strong job costing, billing, and AR background
- Proficient in Excel
- Ability to work onsite
