Property Accountant
A fast-growing real-estate client of ours in Seattle is adding a sharp Senior Property Accountant to their team. This role sits at the center of a dynamic portfolio and owns the full spectrum of property accounting including AP, AR, GL work, bank and CAM reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting. You’ll collaborate directly with property management and leadership, influencing financial decisions and helping drive operational performance.
The ideal candidate brings property or real-estate accounting experience, strong systems skills, and the ability to juggle multiple assets with precision. This is a high-visibility role with competitive compensation and clear opportunities for advancement.
Desired skills:
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or a similar field
- 3+ years in property accounting experience
- Ability to work full-time in Seattle, WA (Please note: This role does not offer relocation at this time).
