Site Reliability Engineer (#033831E)

Will design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform, Terragrunt, Bicep, and ARM templates for scalable, repeatable, and auditable deployments. Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and YAML-based workflows. Implement and manage GitOps deployment models using Helm and Argo CD for automated and consistent application delivery. Administer and manage Kubernetes clusters (AKS), including node provisioning, auto-scaling, cluster upgrades, and zero-downtime deployments. Deploy and manage containerized applications using Docker and Azure Container Registry (ACR). Monitor applications, jobs, and system events using Kusto Query Language (KQL) and resolve failures and exceptions. Implement and maintain observability solutions using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK Stack, Splunk, Dynatrace, Nagios, and AWS CloudWatch. Configure alerting systems using Prometheus Alertmanager and PagerDuty and build dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and lead post incident reviews to implement corrective and preventive actions. Define and implement SRE best practices, including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to drive system reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Implement and manage cloud security and identity solutions. Enable data governance and compliance using Microsoft Purview and enforce enterprise security standards. Design and manage networking configurations, including CIDR-based subnetting, User Defined Routes, and service tags. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to DNS, SSL certificates, and custom domains. Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, Python, and YAML for operational efficiency. Administer data platforms including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. Enable cross-platform analytics solutions using Power BI and Fabric APIs. Automate onboarding processes and CI workflows and manage artifacts using Nexus repositories. Implement code quality and governance controls using SonarQube with enterprise quality gates and custom linting rules. Develop and implement software release management strategies aligned with Agile methodologies.

Position requires up to 100% domestic travel. This position is for full-time, salaried (W-2), permanent employment.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field along with five (5) years of experience in the Software Industry.
