Beacon Hill is seeking eager candidates for an IT Specialist role. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Your responsibilities will span across shipping computers, granting employees proper access to systems, and keeping the Wifi up. You will work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, provide support across the company, and use AI to empower and reengineer processes. The ideal candidate is excited to expand their skillset and grow within IT, as well as have experience with Jamf and Google Workspace.
