Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Consultant to support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing enhancement of our financial systems. This role focuses on the business side of finance, bridging the gap between accounting, FP&A, and IT to ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions that meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO, Asset Accounting, etc.)

Act as the liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams

Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions

Provide configuration expertise for financial modules in SAP S/4HANA
-
Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities
-
Analyze business processes and recommend SAP best practices for finance
-
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls

Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvements
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

5+ years of experience in SAP Finance (with at least 1 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation)

Strong understanding of SAP FI/CO modules and integration points

Proven ability to gather and document business requirements

Experience with business process design and improvement in a finance context

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:

SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance or related modules

Experience with Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury
-
Knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies

Exposure to industries such as manufacturing, retail, or energy
