Location: Willow Grove, PA
Duration: ongoing multi year contract
Position Description:
- Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices
- Support clients and mobile devices across the enterprise
- Help through major rollout for the enterprise
- Travel between local sites within the region
- Customer Service (Phone & In-Person) including troubleshooting, general support, In-service, training
- Development of End User Reference Documentation
- Configuring, Delivering and Maintaining Mobile Devices
- Computer Applications: AirWatch, ServiceNow, Carrier Web Portals, Word, Excel, Interaction Desktop
Required Skills:
- Must have experience with mobile devices product support- smartphones and tablets
- MDM experience/knowledge
- Confident ability to work independently, as the resolution point for any mobility issues that arise.
- Polished and patient customer service approach. Professionalism is extremely important in this culture.
- Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Technical support experience with mobile devices – both in-person and phone support a must
