Seeking a Restaurant Technology Support Analyst with experience supporting retail, restaurant, or hospitality point-of-sale environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot POS hardware, software, and integrations.
Analyse logs, datasets, and system configurations to identify and resolve issues.
Partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to manage escalations and root cause analysis.
Support application deployments, upgrades, testing, and system rollouts.
Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes.
Communicate issue status, risks, and resolution plans to stakeholders.
Requirements:
5+ years supporting POS hardware and software.
Experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant technology environments.
Knowledge of XML, INI files, Windows Registry, and application troubleshooting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with application/integration testing and performance monitoring.
Experience creating AI Agents and leveraging to improve daily workflows.
