Location: M-F on site Philadelphia
This role involves hands-on deskside support, ticket resolution, and direct customer interaction in both Windows and Mac environments.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to and resolve 10-15+ tickets per day in a fast-paced environment
- Provide onsite/deskside support for end users
- Deliver phone support as needed
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across Windows and Mac platforms
- Support users in complex environments where users have full admin access
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision
Required:
- 2+ years of desktop support or related IT experience
- Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac environments
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to think critically and work independently
- Self-driven with strong initiative
- Customer-facing experience in an IT support setting
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
