IT Desktop Technician

Location: M-F on site Philadelphia

This role involves hands-on deskside support, ticket resolution, and direct customer interaction in both Windows and Mac environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve 10-15+ tickets per day in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide onsite/deskside support for end users
  • Deliver phone support as needed
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system issues across Windows and Mac platforms
  • Support users in complex environments where users have full admin access
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with minimal supervision

Required:

  • 2+ years of desktop support or related IT experience
  • Experience supporting Windows and/or Mac environments
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to think critically and work independently
  • Self-driven with strong initiative
  • Customer-facing experience in an IT support setting
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
