Job Description:

Collecting employee information and entering time-sheet data into the database.

Review hours, approve timecards for all hourly and salary employees (commit the payroll)

Reconcile payroll; put spreadsheet together for Finance team to sign off on.

Preparing cash deposits and processing paychecks.

Attending to and resolving pay-related queries.

Ensuring that accounts are balanced.

Preparing reports for management review.

Managing and processing an organization’s payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees.

Handling payroll calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Maintaining payroll records and compliance with federal and state regulations.

Maintains employment records and verifications.

Responds to unemployment requests and payroll verifications
-
Manages the distribution of performance reviews.

Performs monthly required reports (review documents, print, distribute to appropriate supervisor)
