Job Description:
- Responsible for the General Ledger
- Overseeing daily processes – A/P, A/R, cash receipts, journal entries
- Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure accurate recording of transactions.
- Helping prepare all necessary budgets
- Assist with year-end planning
- Applying and enforcing all company policies and procedures
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation for AP and AR-related inquiries.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables/vlookups)
- 0-3 years of accounting, AP/AR experience
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly motivated, self-starter
