Real Estate Accounting Specialist – Contract
This corporate role supports a real estate accounting team. The candidate will manage lease administration, contract negotiations, payment schedules, and real estate databases. The environment is fast-paced and involves communication with brokers, landlords, attorneys, and internal stakeholders.
Must-Have Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years in corporate real estate (not residential property mgmt)

Experience with multi-location businesses (commercial, industrial, or retail)

Strong MS Office skills

Lease negotiation and administration experience

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
Nice-to-Haves:

Background in fast-paced real estate departments

Familiarity with ServiceNow and Co-Star systems
