Provides support, oversight, governance, and tactical direction required to enable the delivery of end user IT services across Microsoft 365 platforms.

Contributes to the overall end user infrastructure architecture and operational governance model.

Researches, designs, implements, and supports Microsoft Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), and Dataverse services that are standards-based, high-performing, highly available, and secure.

Provides enterprise-wide operational guidance and support for Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Power Platform, and Dataverse.

Performs assessments of the current Microsoft 365 environment to identify critical deficiencies and recommend improvements aligned with best practices.

Utilizes capability modeling to align systems strategy and planning with overall business goals.

Collaborates with project teams to determine when service modifications are necessary to meet evolving business or technical requirements.

Implements and promotes standard configuration, change management processes, and governance practices across all M365 services.

Develops test plans, implementation strategies, and project timelines for assigned initiatives.

Maintains routine status reporting related to the compliance, performance, and health of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform services.

Designs and implements dashboards and reporting tools to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs), compliance metrics, and service health for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
