Location: Remote EST Hours
Duration: 2+ year contract
We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with deep experience in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, and a strong foundation in AI technologies. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and intelligent enterprise solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals, integrating ERP and AI capabilities to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design and integration of ERP systems, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.).

Design and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance business processes, predictive analytics, and user experience.

Translate business requirements into well-architected technical solutions that are cost-effective and scalable.

Provide architectural oversight for enterprise-wide initiatives including ERP upgrades, AI integrations, and cloud migrations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, data scientists, and system administrators to ensure successful solution delivery.

Evaluate emerging technologies and propose strategic solutions to support innovation.

Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise IT strategy, security, and governance frameworks.

Create and maintain architectural documentation, including roadmaps, diagrams, and technical standards.

Support project teams with solution reviews, risk assessments, and performance optimization.
Required:

5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a strong focus on ERP systems.

Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML solutions (e.g., Azure AI, Power Platform AI Builder, cognitive services).

Deep understanding of systems integration, data architecture, and cloud platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
