We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. This role is responsible for providing end-user support, maintaining and managing hardware/software systems, performing patch management, and assisting with network administration tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong troubleshooting abilities, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

2+ years of experience in IT support or system administration.

Experience with patch management tools (e.g., WSUS, SCCM, Intune, or equivalent).

Familiarity with basic networking concepts and troubleshooting (TCP/IP, firewalls, switches, routers).

Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and system imaging tools.

Solid understanding of hardware and software installation procedures.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
