Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end IT support across the warehouse, including hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with printers, scanners, mobile devices, and desktop systems.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity problems, escalating as necessary.
- Manage user account creation and access permissions.
- Provide basic support and maintenance for security software.
- Set up, configure, and maintain reports and dashboards in Power BI to support team operations and business needs.
- Onsite Monday through Friday; must also be available for on-call support in case of emergencies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience.
- Proven experience troubleshooting printers, scanners, and various IT devices.
- Solid understanding of network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with security systems.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including setup, configuration, and report/dashboard development.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
