Location: On site Wilmington, DE
Duration: 1+ year contract
Responsibilities:

Provide end-user support through multiple channels – email, chat, phone, and in-person.

Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and peripheral issues in a timely manner.

Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems, applications, and devices.

Set up and support new equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Perform basic network setup and troubleshooting, including connectivity and cabling.

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests.

Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the IT ticketing system.

Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.

Ensure all systems and devices adhere to company security and compliance policies.
Required:
-
3+ years of IT support experience.

Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 applications.

Experience with system configuration, software installation, and troubleshooting hardware issues.

Basic understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routers, switches).

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
