Location: Hybrid Paoli, PA
We are seeking an IT Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of IT services through our outsourced Managed Service Provider (MSP). This role is responsible for ensuring that IT systems, networks, and applications remain secure, reliable, and aligned with business needs. The IT Operations Manager will act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the MSP, driving performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance, and managing IT operations processes.
Required:

6+ years of experience in IT project management, IT operations, or vendor/technical account oversight.

Proven leadership and coordination abilities in managing cross-functional teams and initiatives.

Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems administration, and support environments.

Experience working with or managing outsourced IT vendors or Managed Service Providers (MSPs).

Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools, including Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange.

Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and endpoint management platforms.

Basic understanding of networking concepts such as VPNs, firewalls, and LAN/WAN architectures.

Exposure to virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
