We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Production Support Engineer to provide hands-on support and development for Salesforce applications. This role involves active participation in daily production support calls, troubleshooting issues across Salesforce (APEX, Flows, Lightning Web Components), and delivering quick fixes to keep business operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong Salesforce developer with additional exposure to Java or .NET, capable of identifying code-level issues and driving timely solutions.
Required:

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with APEX, Flows (Visual Flows, Flow Triggers, Validations), and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

2+ years of direct production support experience, including participation in daily support calls.

Proficiency with VS Code and Jenkins (3+ years).

2+ years of prior experience in Java or .NET (troubleshooting, log analysis, identifying fixes).

Experience with integration and smoke testing.

Strong ability to proactively address issues and deliver quick fixes to support business continuity.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced support environment.
