We are seeking Senior Test Engineers at various levels to develop and deploy test hardware, software, and firmware for complex engineering programs. This role supports full lifecycle test development and provides technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop test hardware, software, and/or firmware from requirements through deployment.
- Design test solutions across Power, RF, Analog, and Digital domains.
- Lead technical execution, including cost and schedule reporting.
- Identify test readiness risks and drive continuous improvement.
- Support manufacturing operations, including troubleshooting and debugging.
- Guide test adapter design with mechanical engineers and suppliers.
- Present technical updates at project reviews.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM.
- 5+ years of professional test development experience.
- Experience leading technical tasks or project teams.
- Hands‑on experience with TestStand, LabWindows/CVI, and/or LabVIEW.
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Digital, Analog, RF, or Power Supply test systems.
- Familiarity with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, and power supplies.
- Knowledge of project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Confluence, EVMS).
