We are seeking an IT Helpdesk Support Technician to provide responsive, customer-focused technical support to end users. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling a high volume of tickets, troubleshooting a variety of hardware and software issues, and communicating effectively with users via phone, remote session, and in person.
Responsibilities

Provide remote and in-person technical support for end users.

Conduct screen shares and remote sessions to diagnose and resolve issues.

Handle incoming and outgoing support calls in a professional manner.

Perform basic triage and repair work on hardware, printers, and applications.

Run system updates and ensure devices are properly maintained.

Support technology and assist with setup and troubleshooting as needed.
Required Qualifications

6+ months of Helpdesk experience, or equivalent through college IT support or internship experience.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems.

Basic understanding of Windows and common applications.

Ability to troubleshoot printer, network, and software issues.

Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
