Senior Business Analyst
Hiring for a Senior Business Analyst to join a collaborative, people-first higher education environment. Hybrid schedule: 1 day on site
Your background:
- Strong experience with Workday/Oracle/PeopleSoft/SuccessFactors/Rippling, specifically HCM, Payroll, and Reporting
- Hands-on experience with implementations, integrations, configurations, security, and reporting
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation and analysis
- Experience using Jira or similar project management tools
- True project management experience
- Comfortable partnering with HR and business stakeholders in a consultative capacity
The work you’ll be doing:
- Acting as a Senior Business Analyst, supporting a six-person team
- Reviewing and optimizing existing configuration following full platform transition
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance reporting, and improve system usability
- Supporting the rollout of a revised career framework and job architecture
- Building and maintaining job profile categories, job families, and job family groups
- Supporting career progression frameworks that directly impact performance reviews, compensation planning, and salary increases
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure long-term organizational goals
In exchange for your hard work, you’ll receive:
