Location: Remote – On site in Southern NJ 2 times a month
Salary: 115-125K
Seeking an Epic Application Architect with a strong Epic Analyst background to enhance the patient contact center
experience through advanced patient engagement technologies and workflow optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Support contact center operations and patient engagement. (Epic Cheers being used)
- Integrate Epic with third-party tools for scheduling, communication, and digital access.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions that improve the patient experience.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to align technology with patient access goals.
- Provide architectural guidance, oversee testing, and mentor Epic analysts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of Epic experience, including prior Analyst roles.
- Epic certification(s) in relevant modules (Cadence, MyChart, Prelude, CRM).
- Experience with patient engagement technologies and workflows.
