Job Duties:
- Change Management Analyst is responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of the next phase of clients’ ERP transformation.
- Support and work closely with the Change Management Leads to enable systemwide, end user readiness and adoption of the Workforce Management platform.
- The focus of this role will be on the integration of the acquired hospital.
- This role is the foundation of change management work and collaborate across workstreams and functions to drive the project management and implementation of the change and training work deliverables.
- Responsible for the project management of the change and training workstreams for the project, captures and tracks progress on key deliverables.
- Consults with change team members to determine project needs and execute on workplans.
- Manages the progress and upkeep of deliverables often with spreadsheets or PowerPoints, e.g., change impact analysis workbook, stakeholder analysis workbook, project plans, communications plan, etc.
- Responsible for the collection and aggregation of data and translating data outputs into compelling insights.
- Works with change team to develop key project messaging and executes communications from draft through dissemination; coordinating communications with other ongoing initiatives at the same time.
- Prepares presentations upon request based upon data and other content for senior leadership updates.
- Creates reference materials to drive adoption, e.g. huddle sheets, transition guides, crosswalks, etc.
- Manages creation and content of project website.
- Manages coordination of Superusers- training, oversight and compliance
Required Skills:
- 2+ years strong experience in change management and implementation
- High level of communication and experience in working with resistance, motivated, driven, decisive, adaptive, able to work close with team/collaborative environment, and synthesis data.
