- Ensures that vendor statements are reconciled against all open accounts payable invoices.
- Maintains medical supply invoices and matches with corresponding purchase orders.
- Assists with 1099 reporting.
- Develops monthly invoices for rent and collects physician payments.
- Maintains files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policies and generally accepted accounting standards.
- Upholds the confidentiality of proprietary information and takes all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorized disclosure of sensitive materials.
